The James Gangl Masterclass: Making Killer Choices

The James Gangl Masterclass: Making Killer Choices

75.00

This Masterclass focuses on answering one question: Why?  Why did I just say that? Why did I just do that?  Why must this scene be watched?

As improvisers we aren’t able rewrite the scene later.  We get one chance to make our scenes awesome and so everything that happens, must have a purpose.  By exploring “The Why” students will arrive at what their scenes are about and find the joy of playing in a scene underpinned with truth.
This class provides techniques to initiate a scene quickly while instilling the confidence to continue the scene indefinitely.  Whether you’re a verbose wordsmith, or can find and play the game of the scene with finesse, this class aims to identify your unique strengths and build upon them.  Without edits, students learn to “turn” the scene naturally.  With more turns, comes more intensity, and with more intensity, comes a greater payoff.
